Here are all of the Steelers' free agents that have signed elsewhere:
• Titans are signing OT Dan Moore Jr. to a four-year, $82-million contract. $50 million guaranteed.
• Jets are signing QB Justin Fields to a two-year, $40-million contract. $30 million guaranteed.
• Chargers are signing CB Donte Jackson to a two-year, $13-million contract.
• Dolphins are signing G James Daniels to a three-year, $24-million contract.
• Chargers are signing RB Najee Harris to a one-year, $9.25-million contract.
• Raiders are signing LB Elandon Roberts to a one-year, $3-million contract.
If this sounds bad to you, it may end up benefiting the Steelers to an extent. According to OverTheCap.com's projections, the Steelers could be receiving at least three compensatory picks in the 2026 NFL Draft because of losing free agents to big contracts.
OTC is projecting a third-rounder for losing Moore, a fourth-rounder for losing Fields and a sixth-rounder for losing Jackson. The Daniels contract could potentially field another compensatory pick, as well.
